• Commitment to Settle in Quebec: Applicants must intend to reside in Quebec and sign an agreement to invest $1,200,000 CAD.

• Guaranteed Investment: The investment is fully guaranteed by the Quebec government and will be refunded within 30 days after the five-year term ends, without interest. Applicants who finance the investment may receive a lower refund.
• Financing Option: Brokers and trust companies provide financing solutions for the $1,200,000 CAD investment.

In addition to the above, applications are assessed based on factors such as the applicant’s:

• Age.
• Professional training and its duration.
• Language proficiency in French or English.
